車を降りた道路からホテルまで登り坂で、荷物の搬入が大変。ホテル側がボーターを用意してくれるとの約束が守られない。
ホテル側が駅までの専用車を用意してくれるとの約束の時間が守られない。
低層階の部屋からマッターホルンは見えない。
ホテルの受付がなく連絡するのが不自由。
ドイツ語や英語が話せない人は連絡が難しい。
It is difficult to bring in luggage from the road where you got off the car to the hotel on an uphill slope. The promise that the hotel will provide a boater is not kept.
