"Falls Mountain retreat exceeded our expectations. We booked a loft studio for two people and the room itself being huge and the air conditioning worked very well, also there was a gas open flame fire, a Kingsize bed, fridge with an ice box, microwave a toaster and a kettle and coffee maker. There was a lovely big bathroom with a spar bath and shower. Front and rear balconies with patio doors and seating. Definitely 10 out of 10."

"We were extremely happy with the house. Everyone had a great time and we would love to use the accommodation again. The couple who used the "honeymoon suite" downstairs did mention that it might be a good idea to have a shower curtain although they were very good while using the hand held shower they still managed to get some water on the floor. I hope this proves useful.All in all a great weekend was had and as I said we would love to come again."

"After a long drive then wait for our entry time, it was disappointing to find our accommodation had not been cleaned. On informing the managers was told sorry, go and get yourself a coffee in town! Thankfully the cleaners arrived (and did a good job) and a bottle of bubbly was greatly received. The house suited our family needs, each having their own space and everyone quickly slipped into relax mode looking at the stunning valley behind. There are no shops within walking distance, cafe/restaurant at Fairmont just metres away. The driveway a bit tricky to reverse up, but manageable. "

"We really enjoyed our weekend away with friends at Coolabah House Leura. Huge living areas and all bedrooms with ensuites was a hi light of our weekend. Anything we needed to make our weekend wonderful was provided plus more. We are already talking about using this fabulous location again next year."
