「The staff told us it's fully book when we arrived the hostel in the middle of the night. We tried to call to make sure there's bed but nobody answered the phone and email. We have paid for 2 beds turned out he can't do anything and told us we were not his first guests to have double on that day. Wow! Unbelievable 😡」

「It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? 「Mooi kleinschalig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was alleen wat onhandig. Aan een drukke doorgaande weg (veel geluid van het verkeer) en weinig in de directe omgeving, waardoor je altijd met scooter of taxi richting een restaurant, stand of andere bezienswaardigheid moet. 」

「There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. Lots of lounging seats in the lobby and pool area. Staff are super helpful with luggage up & down stairs. Because it’s so close to the airport, grab cars...
