"Location"

"The property was nice. Our view was amazing! Our balcony allowed for privacy and we had a front row view of the ocean which was great. The room didn’t feel clean and I refused to walk without my flip flops. I found a thick hair ball in the shower and another blond hairball in the extra blanket that’s kept in the closet. The food was really good but over priced, the staff was friendly and fun. The supreme pizza was so so good!"

"The fitness center was beautiful. However, all the bathroom's (male and female) were not very clean. Housekeeping for our room did a horrible job…I think they basically came in and made our bed and left new towels. However, they find time to sit and chat in the hallway. I am unlikely to go back there."

"The morgan was amazing let's start with staff, we were welcomed with rum punch upon arrival, allowed early check-in rooms were clean and so was all facilities, the gym was clean with updated equipment.the food/ drinks was ok, the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel offers transportation to and from . The rooms over look the pool and clear blue ocean, highly recommend 😀"

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate. Superb choice of Restaurants but Elements buffet, apart from breakfast choice was poor, so make sure you reserve at Hunters, Olympus, Vespa, Haven. There needs to be more sun Parasols. Enough beds but not enough shade."

"We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The view of the room is spectacular. The breakfast included in the lodging is good. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom needs a little bit updating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying over at St. Thomas."

"This hotel is walkable from the airport and has a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We were greeted with smiling faces and had complimentary lemon water upon arrival. The queen bed, ocean view room was fabulous. It had everything we needed and nothing extra. The air conditioning worked wonders. We had complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, along with muffins for breakfast. "

"Super friendly super nice you called them for anything they come immediately the food was great and fantastic. The rental car on the property is cheap. Everything was reasonable I really enjoyed myself"
