An excellent summer getaway in the Pyrenees mountains — perfect for stargazing and relaxing near streams and natural water fountains. Just a 20-minute drive from Andorra town centre on the Spanish side. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful.

El trato ha sido muy bueno por parte del personal. La experiencia ha sido buena tanto para nosotras como para nuestro perro. Lo único que mejoraría es dar más opciones para comer y cenar, ya que solamente hay un menú de 30€ por persona y no se puede compartir. Se agradecería poder pedir medio menú, o bien un solo plato o bocadillos, etc. En fin, que faltan alternativas en ese sentido. El resto todo muy bien.

Endroit quelque peu perdu dans la montagne mais parfait pour le dépaysement. Les propriétaires vous réservent un super accueil et les services sont parfait. Repas copieux et très bons.

Lugar incrível, a 13 quilômetros do centro de Andorra, com muita tranquilidade, visual das montanhas incríveis, ótima receptividade, comida excelente, café da manhã perfeito e com muito capricho. Quarto confortável, excelente banho. Só vale a pena se estiver de carro e não queira estar no meio da cidade. RECOMENDO E VOLTARIA VARIAS VEZES! Toda a equipe muito atenciosa!!

O hostal nem deveria ser chamado assim Para mim é um hotel e dos bons Tem dois grandes defeitos 1 não tem ar condicionado, no verão faz 28 graus 2 posso dizer que não tem internet. Pois apesar de lentissima, muitas vezes nem está conectada a web E por ser uma região muito isolada, faz muita falta Quanto a localização, para quem gosta de natureza é 10, para quem gosta de cidade e movimento é 2 Menção honrosa para os donos Extremamente simpáticos e acessíveis Pessoas de alto nível, dispostas a ajudar Parabéns

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbes à Os de Civis, en demi-pension L hotel est très propre, une cuisine excellente et gargantuesque, le personnel toujours prévenant. L accueil de la part de Jordi, le patron, est exceptionnel, d une extrême gentillesse. On se sent très vite comme chez nous ! Nous n avions pas connu pareille expérience auparavant ! Et de plus, la région est magnifique, à 15 mins environ d Andorre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un séjour parfait en tout point avec, pour commencer, un accueil vraiment sympa de la part de tout le personnel de cet hôtel ! Humour, gentillesse et professionnalisme en même temps. Autres points forts, les spécialités locales découvertes pendant les différents repas, le petit déjeuner copieux, le pain grillé au feu de bois, la propreté incroyable de tout cet hôtel, le tout pour un tarif vraiment raisonnable. Bravo et merci à cette belle équipe pour nous avoir fait passer un séjour tellement agréable !
