Receptionist was busy on the phone. No alternate help. Had to wait over 20 minutes at the counter. Around the building we're filthy and dirty.

1- We were able to check out two hours late

1-Area around Hotel was kind of sketchy…Homeless folks and druggies
2-Very Noisy at night…Sirens…Doors slamming
3-Bar / Restaurant was VERY pricey $35 for a Hamburger…Yikes!!!
