In the Red Pits area near La Pironnière, this 3-star furnished holiday home with a garden includes a living room with a sofa, Orange TV, home cinema, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. This open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, and fridge-freezer. You'll then find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a first bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, a second bedroom with a 2 90x190 cm pull-out bed and a mezzanine with two 90x190 cm beds, and a third bedroom overlooking the garden with a 160x200 cm bed. The rear garden is enclosed with a patio and furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. The garage serves as a bicycle storage area. Two private parking spaces are available.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and a security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a €150 cleaning deposit.
