When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy. The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive. It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants. If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again.

Practical but not perfect…..

Hotel was practical and reasonably well located. Parking was a struggle as not many spaces for the size of hotel. Was told to park in the local public car park. Service pretty slow in general, but staff were friendly enough.

Our room wasn’t cleaned/serviced at all during our two night stay. We left the sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced at 10am and returned at 5pm to find it never was. When checking out I told the concierge this and I was completely ignored, his response was to ask me if he can charge the card they had on file. No apology, not even a goodbye, he just handed me a receipt and looked to the next person in the queue to check out.

Facturer des frais de parking (non couvert) de 15€ pour seulement une nuit de quelques heures est simplement abusif et inacceptable. C'est l'unique raison pour laquelle je ne retournerai plus dans cet établissement. Bizarrement ces frais ne m'avaient d'ailleurs pas été facturés lors de précédents séjours...

Gode værelser, nyt hotel, med en god restaurant og sky-bar. Venlig personale og rent hotel. Eneste ulempe var at den ene el-lader p-plads var optaget af den samme bil i over et døgn, så vi andre ikke kunne benytte faciliteterne

Voyage solo

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Voyageant seul, j’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et l’attention du personnel qui m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La chambre était impeccable : propre, calme et très confortable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité, avec des produits frais qui donnent envie de bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions tout en restant au calme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, aussi bien pour les voyageurs en solo que pour les couples ou familles.

Nous ne comprenons pas comment cet hôtel peut afficher 4 étoiles alors qu’il n’offre aucune prestation de cette catégorie. La chambre est extrêmement basique, il n’y a pas de minibar au prétexte d’une construction écologique, mais il y a la climatisation, heureusement d’ailleurs durant cette période de canicule. Cela n’est pas très logique. Le bar et le restaurant évoquent un décor de cantine scolaire. Certes il y a une piscine en roof top mais prise d’assaut et inaccessible. Le parking offre 37 places pour 105 chambres. Autant dire que garer sa voiture relève du jeu des chaises musicales. Une mention particulière cependant pour le barman du matin fraîchement arrivé et très attentif aux demandes des clients.

Hotel molto ben rifinito dentro e fuori con dettagli di qualità. Parcheggio interno a pagamento ed esterno gratuito ad un centinaio di metri. Fermate delle navette gratuite per i circuiti cittadini nelle vicinanze. Centro città a 15 minuti a piedi. Piscinetta riscaldata al 5 piano con bar annesso (provato per uno spuntino serale, avevano finito quasi tutto e prezzi eccessivamente alti per quello che era rimasto). Ristorante al piano terra (non provato). Colazione dolce e salata disponibile con buon assortimento. In camera: pecca importante la mancanza di un frigo bar, cassaforte spaziosa, zero cassetti, molti ripiani a vista.

Accueil très moyen. On vous demande un pré paiement de 100 euros pour vos consommations … que nous n’avons pas faites !!! Remboursement fait mais vraiment pas conviviale. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel. Le point positif c’est cette personne au bar qui a accepté gentiment de nous faire un café le matin avec le sourire.

Séjour fantastique, hôtel digne d’un 4 étoiles ,le personnels est très professionnel que ce soit à la réception ,au restaurant, au bar rooftop . La piscine sur le toit chauffée à 29 degrés est un plus avec 6 transats. Le petit déjeuner copieux salé sucré . Des vélos électriques en location en face. De l’hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ville . Animaux de compagnie accepté 15€ par nuit Très bonne literie et oreillers Carrefour market à deux pas de l’hôtel avec pressing en extérieur en libre service

Tout était parfait jusqu'à ce qu'on découvre qu'il n'y avait pas de minibar pour garder au frais nos produits et boissons, mais également mauvais point, l'absence de porte pour fermer la salle bain !! En effet, pas très agréable le bruit de la douche qd on est côté chambre ou lorsque ce n'est pas son mari ou son compagnon qui se douche et qu'il n'y a pas de porte pour éviter de le ou la voir dévêtu(e).... J'étais à 2 doigts de retirer une étoile.

Week end à deux

Séjour super pour deux en face du port, les personnes de la reception sont trés à l'écoute et la pour les clients, le service du petit déjeuné est standard mais ok. La piscine se trouve en rooftop ainsi qu'un bar a cocktail qui sont très agréable néanmoins la piscine reste petite si vous venez avec vos enfants et voir s'il y a beaucoup de monde ( peu de personnes a notre reservation). Le seul bémol et l'emplacement de la borne de recharge qui se retrouve entre une place handicapé et le parking à vélo ( place toute petite) et qui ne peux charger qu'une voiture, nous avons chargé nottre véhicule ailleur.

Bel hôtel récent, à 10' à pied du centre ville. Parking gratuit, belle chambre. Par contre, manque de personnel pour le service des "apéritifs" sur le "rooftop", on a entendu 30' avant d'être servis après avoir commandé. De même pour le repas du soir.
