ROSE Holidays offers you this studio with a superb view of the marina at La Chaume.

Apartment accommodating up to 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).



Located on the ground floor of the Marina 1 residence, this studio offers all the necessary comfort with a magnificent view of Port Olona.

An ideal location to enjoy the charm of the Chaume district, just steps away from shops, restaurants and the seafront.



A functional and pleasant interior

Living room open to a loggia with an unobstructed view of the marina, equipped with a sofa bed (140), a table with 4 chairs and a TV.

Open and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, microwave/oven combination, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.

Sleeping area with bunk beds (90).

Bathroom with roll-top bath, vanity unit with storage, towel dryer.

Separate toilet.



Parking

A free outdoor parking space is available just behind the residence.

Once your car is parked, everything is within walking distance: harbour, shops, restaurants, beach and entertainment!

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry

In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
