Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance, including the town centre, market, local shops and beach.



You'll enjoy a lovely kitchen-living room that opens onto the terrace and garden. The lounge has two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and Wi-Fi, while the dining room has a table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is open-plan, functional and very well equipped: fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso + filter), toaster, washing machine, etc.



At night, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedside table and a cupboard, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a pull-out bed (2x90cm) and a cupboard.



Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath, washbasin with cupboard, towel rail and hairdryer.

Outside, you'll find a shaded terrace and a beautifully planted garden, both with good southern exposure, in a quiet location at the back of the house and fully fenced in. All the equipment you need to make the most of your stay is provided: garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, outdoor shower (handy for returning from the beach) and charcoal and electric barbecues, ideal for your barbecue evenings! There are also 4 bicycles available.



You can park your car in the street free of charge.
