It offers: entrance, living room with 140 hood), WC, bathroom with washing machine, bedroom: 140 bed, wardrobe, television. Easy street parking. Near Arago market, thalassotherapy. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank check as well as cleaning deposit of €86.00. Holiday vouchers accepted. Optional: cleaning possible at the end of your stay, the price €86.00 and linen rental if you wish.

Pas normal de ne pas faire d etat des lieux en presence de l agent immobilier, à l arrivée et au depart. Le menage laisse a desirer.Pas vraiment sale, mais pas très propre.Une housse de chaises dehors tres sale, avec des escargots dessus, tapis et sol crasseux. Un bon entretien general devrait être fait.
