Very beautiful apartment decorated with taste, ideally located on Travot Street, in the heart of Les Sables-d'Olonne.

A deux pas de la plage

Super emplacement, à 2 pas de la plage et en plein centre-ville. A 2 pas de l'ile Penotte. Point negatif : le logement donne sur une rue piétonne passante et assez bruyante et le logement est mal isolé d'un point de vue phonique.Appartement joliment décoré et agréable. Il meriterait cependant d'être rénové (murs et porte d'entrée).Séjour agreable proche toutes commodités. Prévoir un abonnement pour une place de parking. Parkings gratuits à 15 -20 minutes à pied.
