The house is located in a private residential complex with direct access to the beach via a private path. Enjoy sporting activities such as tennis with a coach, mini golf, football or volleyball and take advantage of swimming and Pilates courses in summer as well as the loving childcare. Visit the famous La Palmyre Zoo or discover the nearby Planet Exotica Zoological Park. Take wonderful walks along the coast or plan excursions to La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Cognac and the islands of Île dOléron and Île de Ré.
