「Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive.」

「Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. 」

「Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. Parking is anywhere on the street so may not be as lucky as we were if you get there at the wrong time. You’ll also need a 4 x 4 car with snow tyres otherwise chains will limit your...

「WIFIは故障、エレベーターも故障、SPAは事前予約必要で、予約したらジャグジーは使えないと直前に通知。。スキー場へのアクセスは良かったですが、設備が残念でした。またシングルベッド2台、2段ベッド1台で予約したのに、ダブルのソファーベッドになっていました。（クレームして部屋を取り換えてもらいましたが。）ホテルというよりロッジと思ったほうがいいですね。」
