"Very clean and comfortable room, staff were friendly and accommodating of guest requests where able. Only downside was the rooms don’t have air conditioning that can be individually adjusted to your own comfort level, so our room felt quite warm. Otherwise we had a great stay!"

"Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. "Unfortunately the property wasn’t heated so to arrive on a December evening in snow conditions wasn’t acceptable. I slept in clothing for the night and couldn’t contact anyone. "Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots.
