There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. The pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers and safe for children as there is a gate which can be locked. We absolutely recommend this house for a family vacation and or citytrip to Avignon."
