La Villa Alba is a stately villa with swimming pool and large equipped garden, ideal for vacations in Taranto in the area of Lido Gandoli, a stone`s throw from the sea.
The villa is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker etc.

La
Villa Alba is a refined villa with a classic taste, characterized by
fine elements, impressive staircases, artfully wrought iron and local
stone balconies.
In the large garden there is a beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall, a solarium for sunbathing, a comfortable outdoor lounge for chatting in the cool, as well as a lovely pond populated with lively goldfish.
The
villa is spread over several levels. In the main part of the villa
there is an elegant living room with sofas and a fireplace, which is
bright thanks to large windows from which there are panoramic views.
The kitchen is in a room located at the back of the villa, with the table and dining area positioned outside under a gazebo.
The sleeping area of La Villa Alba consists of 3 bedrooms.
Two rooms are furnished with double bed + bunk bed. The third room is
furnished with double bed, bunk bed and single bed. There are a total of
3 full bathrooms, 2 with shower stalls and one with a large Jacuzzi.
Finally, the villa annex offers an additional 4 beds spread over two double rooms.
The surroundings of La Villa Alba in Taranto
La Villa Alba lies south of Taranto, in Leporano Marina, along a series of Lidi that unfurl along Taranto`s Ionian arch. Here we are in the vicinity of Lido Gandoli.
The
city of Taranto with all its ancient beauties, the swing bridge, the
shopping streets and the long series of seaside taverns can be reached
by car in about 15 minutes.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 5 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
