「Its nice overall that I keep extending. Everything is great :)」

「This hotel is spectacular in every way. It is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. I stayed in Bungalow 20. There ia a beautiful lush path to get to my room. There is a beautiful outdoor reception. Stunning pool, bar area and restaurant and I was told they just opened a new section of guest rooms ( not bungalows). My room is so well thought out. The attention to detail is magical. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I am a business traveller and it feels so lovely to...

「Les efforts mis pour corriger certains problèmes」

「The room size is good for me.」

「Very comfortable. Welcoming staff. We were very happy with our short stay in Residence Les Calanques.」

「The staff at this residence were extremely professional and friendly. The room was spotless and noise free. I reserved my stay for 2 days, but, I was in the middle of moving to Touba that I didn’t sleep more than 6 hours in the room OR have the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. But overall great experience and would recommend this residence to family and friends. 」

「I had to leave the place due to not having water and WiFi. When the water was available, I had to wash using a bucket of warm water. The staff tried their best but the few people working were tired and ill. The walk up of three flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Because of a power surge, my charger was ruined. This place is poorly managed but could be much better managed with right person and proper investment of money and experience. I lost 7 nights there. I don’t recommend this...

「I am going to file a complaint against hotel.com and give this hotel terrible review because I paid for the room with the intention of using it, my husband arrived and the hotel refused to host my husband because they said they were not welling to host guests because of their renovation. I wasn’t informed before arriving and when I asked for refund, the hotel said that they have not received any payment from hotel.com and I should contact hote.com for my refund. When I contacted hotel.com, they...
