Service was phenomenal - we checked in way after hours and the host made all the efforts to accomodate us, which enabled us to safely arrive and get to our room :) Breakfast was very good as well. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "
