「This hotel provided professional and friendly service to us. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and were very comfortable. We would like to be back again. And thanks to the members in the hotel, we became to like the people and culture in Scotland much more. Thank you so much, guys and see you soon.」

「Well maintained and beautiful property. Very comfortable and convenient location. They made all of us feel home, even the little kid」

「This was a cute little studio apartment. Restaurant right next door provides breakfast and lunch. Great location near the train station and right in Old Town. Within walking distance of everything.」

If it was booked for a private event, this should have been communicated clearly from the outset. In room 519, noise continued until 3 a.m., preventing me from getting a decent night’s...

「Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove...

「Lovely property. Great for my husband and I for the few days we were doing the tourist thing in Edinburgh.」
