**Pets allowed on request ONLY for an extra charge of USD $150 plus tax and
processing fee per pet, per stay. Please provide the breed of the dogs in
advance. The maximum number of pets 2. The pet must be no more than 50lb. **
**Quiet Enjoyment:** We encourage you to enjoy Golf View Retreat with family
and friends. However, the community has quiet hours from 10pm-7am, so no
parties allowed!
**Pets:** We love your furry friends! Approved pet allowed on my approval,
up to 50 pounds, with a pet fee paid per stay. Max of 2 pets!! Contact
RedAwning immediately if you are bringing a pet... pet fee is REQUIRED!
**Security Camera Disclosure:** In order to protect the property, especially
during periods of vacancy, there are 5 active security cameras on the exterior
of the property (one on the doorbell, three on the exterior/roof/gutter
perimeter, and one in the off-limits-to-guests garage/owner area).
**CRITICAL HOUSE RULES:**
1\. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use at the
property. $500 fine for smoking within 50-feet of the property outdoors and
$2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside the property.
2\. NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS: Authorized pets are pre-approved by owner before
arrival at the property with acceptance of a nominal pet fee collected by Red
Awning. However, bringing unannounced/unauthorized pets to the property will
result in a $500 fine. Additionally, failure to cleanup after your pet will
result in a $300 fine.
3\. NO UNANNOUNCED OVERNIGHT/UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Check your reservation! Our
property easily sleeps up to 6 adults and a baby (in the pack-and-play crib)
and we do NOT charge extra for up to 6 guests. However, unauthorized overnight
guests are a liability, and violation of the terms of your contract.
4\. NO UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUTS: Late checkout may be requested prior to
guest arrival, and the owner will make every attempt to support a late
checkout. However, late checkout is NOT guaranteed, and a late checkout fee of
$250 will be assessed for checkouts after the approved checkout time.
5\. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Evidence of illegal activity will not be tolerated
and will be reported to the police. Failure to abide by these house rules is a
breach of contract and will result in immediate termination of the lease
agreement, eviction from the property, and forfeiture of any rent/fees
collected. Fines will be charged as needed.
