"Fine family room, great location, helpful staff. There was some confusion around breakfast and what was included that may have been the result of a Hotels.com interface, and they worked to make it all come together."

"The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. Overall, a great place and wonderful stay and experience. Thanks"

"Wonderful location! Peaceful and quiet while still within walking distance to town. The manager, Mr. Anthony, was always welcoming and willing to assist, give advice, or just have a friendly chat. The rooms were clean and very high standard - overall recommended."

"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip. Lastly, he helped arrange for a SUV for the trip from Leh to Pangong to Nubra Valley. My only feedback on the car rental was the air conditioning use. While I had explicitly requested a strong engine and a car with a working Air Conditioner (there’s a lot of trucks, dust etc. on the highway) the driver was concerned about diesel usage which led us to travel in sweltering heat when in lower parts of the journey. I wish that was not the case because it was something I had very very very explicitly asked for. Anyhow, overall it was a nice stay and trip. "
