I booked this property last minute because the hotel I was at previously was horrendous. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The room seemed clean. HOWEVER, when I woke up, there were ants all over my bed and on me. There were HUNDREDS of them. Iโ€™m not sure why they showed up because I didnโ€™t have any food in the room. They were also ALL over my luggage. The worse part was when I discovered them in my under garment bag. It was disgusting. Also the room smelled like cigarettes throughout the night.

it will not allow me to post pictures of just how filthy this room was.. first room was full of ants.. yes it's tropical but at least spray once in while. 2nd room was so grossly filthy mold in the shower was the worst i have ever seen in my travels .. we left and did not stay. lesson learned.

I know I did not book a luxury accommodation but a dirty toilet seat is below any standard! The sheets did not feel/smell very clean also. But with the price paid I guess this is what you (can) get.

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews. We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... itโ€™s right in the middle of the main part of Legian. If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Donโ€™t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!
