Sea View Villa Anasa with private sea access and infinity pool

New stone villa built amongst the green olive trees, surrounded by the rich natural vegetation of the Sivota cape, the first of the 4 villas in the property. The villa will enchant you with the view of the bay on the right and the open sea on the left. Gaze at the beautiful sailing boats passing by, carving the vacation memory that one can only dream of... The contemporary design of the interior, the natural sun light coming in from the large windows and the stone walls warming your sight, will add Mediterranean energy and beauty to your stay.

The villa is built in one floor, however the multilevel rooms give a sense of space and unique structure design. The proximity to the sea, makes it the ultimate place to stay. Drink your coffee in the morning beside the infinity pool and let the sound of the waves and cicadas fill you with rejuvenating energy.

When you enter the villa's premises, you arrive at the garden area, with the pool and sea at your view. A few steps below you are at the main gate of the house. You enter through the open living room, dinner and kitchen area, the large windows offer an inside -outside feel while illuminating the room with natural sun light. The contemporary furniture add extra light with the white, and grey shades of fabric. Wood and stone are combined to give a natural feel.

Through a glass corridor you are led to the large family bedrooms. Each room has either two single beds that can be put together to a king-size double bed or a double bed and an extra sleeping space, in an open mezzanine style bed 1,20m wide, that can accommodate 2 children over 7 years old. The wooden ladder can be folded against the wall, so that is does not take up any of the space when the bed is not in use. Each room has a bathroom with shower and a small sitting area that one can relax or do some necessary home-work.

Outside a nice stone patio, with large outside dinning table and BBQ under a shaded pergola, will comfortably host your dinners. The pool size is 5m width by 9m length and the depth is maximum 1.70m with a shallow part of 40cm depth and is using salt water, and hydromassage for extra relaxation. Behind the pool, the stone stairs will lead you down to the sea stone platform, with a ladder for direct access to the sea water. You can relax right beside the sea and enjoy the sun while listening to the sound of the waves.

# Access

The villa is located 2,8km from the village of Sivota, Lefkada. Please note that the drive is a little uphill and some parts are non-paved.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. Kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
