Welcome to our cosy and vibrant house! We've carefully curated a space that provides our guests with a homely feel and offers a trendy vibe while ensuring all necessary amenities are in sight.

3 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Our irresistible master bedroom includes a comfy double bed and ample storage space.
Bedroom 2 - the rear bedroom with views of the garden, this has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles depending on our guests’ requirements.
We have also provided large drawers useful for storing your personal belongings during your stay.
Bedroom 3 -
Small but cosy single bedroom perfect for somebody who prefers their own room.
Indulge in complete relaxation in our beautifully curated 3 airy bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. We have created an environment that promotes comfort, relaxation and rejuvenation.
We have thoughtfully provided ample storage space in our bedrooms, including drawers and cupboards, to meet all your storage needs.

Bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower for an ultimate relaxation after a long day of work, exploring or both.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining area, what makes dining here truly special is the breathtaking view of the garden just outside the window.

Meanwood Park - is a must visit destination, it goes on for ages and feels like you can get lost wandering in its woods and along the stream. The Park includes tennis courts, a table tennis table, a bowling green, a playground, picnic benches and a café.
Myrtle Tavern - a cosy country pub which offers bar games, live music, outdoor seating and a play area for children.
Headingley - is the best place to watch some Rugby or Cricket or the mad costumes of folk doing the Otley Run.
Roundhay Park- Roundhay Park in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, is one of the biggest city parks in Europe. It covers more than 700 acres of parkland, lakes, woodland and gardens which are owned by Leeds City Council. The park is one of the most popular attractions in Leeds.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
