"Excellent but 1 downer. The coffee system at breakfast which I was told is to be fixed. After a 30-minute wait for coffee and the lone machine would still not work, a member of the staff did make a cup of coffee for me. Besides that, a most pleasant stay."

"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "Die gesamte Anlage ist klasse mit mehrere Restaurants/Bar´s, Pool und Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und sprechen zu Großteil sehr gut Deutsch. "

"Wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern war der Platz ausreichend. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wünschenswert wäre eine kleine Übersichtskarte für den Anreisetag. "

"Preisleitungsverlhältnis war Top! Man hat alles in der Anlage! Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool und sogar eine Rutsche. Große Grünanlage und die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Das einzigste was uns kicjt hefallen hat, das man für Aqua-Park Bereich keine separaten Handtücher bekommt bzw. Zur Verfügung stehen. Da muss man leider die Handtücher aus dem Zimmer oder seine eigene die man bon zu Hause mitgebracht hat benutzen. Aber ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!"

Speiseraum nicht richtig sauber gemacht … Tische und Boden dreckig mit Speiseresten … Im Zimmer waren bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt 2 Mal Silberfischchen. Im Bad und im Wohnzimmer auf dem Teppich. Personal am Abend sitzt nur die Zeit ab und reagiert nicht auf Gäste die im Gang Party machen, selbst wenn man sie anspricht. Nach dem ein Kind sich am Pool auf dn Boden erbrochen hat, wurde...
