The hotel is undergoing renovations and most of the hotel is in disarray. The staff was nice but the breakfast was in a makeshift meeting room with very little to offer but cold cereal and toast.

Small but cute. It really needs a deep cleaning (it seemed like it only had the once-over). Additionally, the property needs quite a bit of TLC. I think it would feel really crowded with more than 4 guests. It is just a few blocks from downtown. Kitchen supplies were adequate.
