Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich: Die Kinder durften jeden Tag die Hühner füttern und er hat uns viel zur Geschichte des Hauses, zur ökologischen Landwirtschaft sowie Griechenland im Allgemeinen berichtet. "Anna seemed very nice and was extremely accommodating with regard to arrival times. The property is located right on the water, and the sunset views are spectacular. We took our dinner out to the wooden platform and it was really nice. Our stay was in March, and none of the outdoor furniture in the photos was out, but I imagine if we asked we could have had access to it. Grecotel La Riviera at Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park

4/10 Poor

"The property itself is a really good standard. The pools are amazing and the grounds are kept in really good condition. However for us it was completely undone by the poor level of service we received. We you arrive you have to check yourself in and scan your passports using an app. For us this was while three reception staff stood and watched me struggle while holding my three year old daughter and sniggered, they then said you are bed and breakfast go to room with no information about the hotel itself. Next was the restaurant, three different staff being unable to give any information about the restaurant or prices and being redirected back to reception Buffet food itself was okay, lots of choice and all well prepared, however you’d expect that when you get charged 145 euros for two adults (we were not charged for our three year old) Also rooms are advertised as sound proofed, but don’t be fooled, however fresh and clean they were, they weren’t enough to only be able to sleep after 11pm. When we complained the guest relations services said sorry but there was a wedding on what do you expect. No offer of compensation, just an email from the manager (who didn’t want to speak to us before we left the next morning) email just said sorry, thanks for your feedback we will look into putting guests elsewhere next time. Five star premises, with two star staff."

"A beautifully presented and maintained property. Staff were all delightful and helpful, and restaurant, bar, and beach facilities were all excellent. I loved a full kettle in the room, and the complimentary bottle of wine. My only complaints are that the bed was a bit hard, and the spot allowed for bath towels to hang did not facilitate them actually drying."

"We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was fabulous looking out to the pool, very spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner (both buffet) were of a high quality and multiple of choices for everyone's tastes. Highly recommend and definitely worthy of 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff."

"A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location. Very friendly staff. A nice touch was a few beds on the beach accessed by a path through the woods. Our room was exceptional with a large pool within a few metres. Breakfast was good if very simple. My only suggestion would be to cook eggs to order rather than in one go and letting them go cold and unappetising. They must waste lots. However this is a small point. This is a great small hotel. "
