「The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.」

「The condo was perfect for a stay in Nashville. Easy walk down the street to Broadway or Bridgestone Area in our case. We had plenty of room for 5 of us.The only thing I would like to share is the one bathroom must be accessed through the master bedroom. So if you don’t care about anyone passing through the bedroom to get to the bathroom your fine, We had our daughters so it was no big deal but if it’s 2 couples it could be an issue. Traffic from street was a bit noisy but we’re not light...

「The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to.」

「Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳」

「The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. We didn't use the pool, but pool and pool deck...
