「Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.」

「I’m not sure where the positive reviews came from on this - I’ve never had a bad experience with a rental but it was dirty/dusty/not swept, sheets were haphazardly put on the bed, smelled like weed, AC units didn’t cool the room with two beds and host didn’t respond to messages in app during stay. It didn’t feel like a safe area either.」

「Convenient to Miami University; stayed 3 nights while visiting son at school. Excellent communication from owner and easy check in. Rooms were very comfortable and the unit has everything one would need during their stay. The coffee options were a nice touch and appreciated! No issues with parking. As others have noted, traffic noise is noticeable at times but was not unbearable and quieted down as it got later. 」

The floors were filthy, there were holes in the walls, and the vents and returns were covered in dirt. We had to go to the store to get cleaning products and sprays, sheets, towels, and slippers to try and make it stay able. When my daughter took a shower the hot water nob fell off and she couldn't get out fast enough before getting her back burned because the...
