"Clean"

"I put a note in my RSVP that I would arrive early and need to check in to get ready for a party we had at 2pm. At check in we waiting about 15 min until the one employee showed up to check us in. We were really annoyed at this point but he checked us in and gave us keys right away, well before check in time. I appreciated that and for this reason our stay was great!"

"The place was cleaner than most - much appreciated. We slept well, and the shower was hot, thanks!"

"Breakfast could be better they used to have a waffle maker and the coffee wasn't good but the rest was ok sheets didn't fit the bed but room was clean staff were nice and helpful "

"I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out and the staff member asked how the concert was. It took me a minute to realize when I checked in, I was asked what brought me there and realized he noted it in the computer. The personal touch was very nice "

"We found a bug in our bed. Using Google image it was identified as a bed bug. We went to the front desk and they relocated us to a different floor and upgraded us to a suite. It left us uneasy but we were happy the staff took us seriously. "

"I think this hotel's focus is more on events planned in their event spaces than on the actual guests that are staying in the rooms on the property. We called the restaurant onsite to ask questions/request room service but they hung up the phone on us twice. Requested the free shuttle service to the train station 5 minutes away and the staff responded as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Free shuttle available is listed as part of their amenities both on their website and on their listing on Expedia. They did eventually, begrudgingly offer to arrange a shuttle for us but since we were not guaranteed a return shuttle on the way back to the hotel we decided not to take them up on their offer. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The location was good, safe and suited our needs."

"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room and a good breakfast. There hotel is undergoing renovations so it will be even better in the future. Great value for the money and conveniently located. I would stay again."
