I was in the area for a quick trip to the national park. The price and proximity sold me! The bunker was small (as advertised) but met all my needs and was very clean.The Keurig pods and park pass were great touches and nothing compares to the sunsets! Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Pelee Island Getaway and Bunker by the Bay

Great location - half way between Point Pelee National Park and the Leamington ferry that goes to Point Pelee Island. Very clean, tidy and functional space.Beautiful sunsets and very responsive and host.

The name of this property says it all. It is a perfect couples getaway. It was super cosy with high end finishes. Our host Gabriella was fantastic! Quick to respond and very friendly. The property had a fire pit and the sunsets were incredible. The area boasts the port pelee provincial park and within a short drive there is an abundance of wineries and breweries to visit. We had an amazingly perfect weekend away!

Escape from responsibility

Such a cute little cottage that I wish was my own, to escape to, far enough from the town to feel away, but close enough for everything you need. SUPER comfy bed, good heating system, tankless hot water, cozy couch, lacking nothing.

3 Great Days by the Bay

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 days. Accommodation was beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could imagine, There was a spectacular view of the bay especially at sunset. Gabriella was very accommodating and very accessible. We would not hesitate to stay there again and strongly recommend Sunset by the Bay or The Bunker by the Bay.

Excellent Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to this quaint destination overlooking the Lake Erie, Leamington Ontario that we managed to get away to. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility compared to the daily city noise in our current city. This location had all the comforts of home!

Nice getaway

Clean and tidy place, lovely view of the lake, we visited the nearby restaurant a few times just for the convenience of the five minute walk, the owner has utilised the space and give it a modern look that is very functional but cosy.....we will stay again but a wee bit longer next time

Break from the city

The property is well maintained, clean and close to Point Pelee National Park. Two people can comfortably utilized the living space. A family pass was included in the rental for the park and this gives you access to beaches, swimming, kayaking and biking.

Cute little bunker

This little property was perfect to get away, relax and recharge. Located on the lake, the view is beautiful and serene. Nice and close to Point Pelee and they even give a park pass to use during your stay. The host was easy to get a hold of and we had no issues whatsoever.

Great spot. Very Welcoming

The location is nearly perfect, with the Lake Erie shoreline, crashing waves and dramatic sunsets. Point Pelee is an easy bike ride away. The cottage is sweet and comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials, ie coffee ! Gabriela is very responsive to all enqiries, and there's welcome and "farewell" messages.
