Modern and Romantic home on the Frio River in a ,ore remote area where there are fewer people and less traffic. Access to the river, hiking, beautiful views, kayaking, birding, nearby Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park , hunting, fishing. The cabin has something for everyone year round with dazzling leaf colors in the fall, birding year round and summer fun in the river. This cabin is one of the most popular Vacation rentals on the Frio River

Double dogs cabin Leakey Texas

Great cabin. Water pressure awesome and super hot water. Allowed our dogs to stay. Very dog friendly. Beds and bath great. View is great. Bring bug spray.

River front stay

Property was not as clean as in the past. Washing machine had major mold issue and odorous. Roof leaked in restroom and bedroom developed leak as well. They were heavy rains, we reported to owner who stated he was unaware and would address. Futon will need replacement very soon, stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen fully stocked for anything you need during your stay. Owners are responsive and always helpful.

Great stay!

We had a great time! John thought of everything we might need for our stay- including toiletries, campfire supplies, DVDs and games, etc. the location was great! It was an easy 2- minute walk into a secluded part of the river (not direct, private access, but very easy and visible from the front porch), and, though the water was low, there were shallow places for the little kids to play in and deeper parts for the bigger kids right as you get into the water. John was incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property close to the water

The property was exactly as described very romantic perfect for me and my wife. We loved the fire outside and the kids really enjoyed the the river within walking distance.

Hill country weekend

Had a wonderful time. Everything about the cabin was great. Had plenty of space and they have it stocked with everything you may need. The low hanging tree over the driveway is beautiful but pretty low.

Quiet and peaceful. Amazing night sky with the sound of the river and croaking frogs. Leaky has some great little restaurants. Bent Rim Grill and Gypsy Sally's were great. State parks nearby with good hiking, especially Lost Maples

Soaking in nature

We loved how isolated we were. My kids loved the river that was close to us, not much water in it but enough to enjoy the afternoon. The beds were so comfy! The cabin was equipped w everything we needed, just make sure to grocery shop before arriving because the trip to the nearest store was a ways away. The stars were incredible. I really enjoyed it!
