"We have been coming here every year for the last 10 years. Decor hasn’t changed and really is in need of a refurb now. Breakfast was also really disappointing this year, no decent hot drinks unless you paid for them in addition to a hot breakfast. Also VERY surprised having to pay for breakfast before leaving the restaurant (rather than at check out) This used to be the gold standard hotel to stay at for the races but not now I’m afraid."

Room a bit small but not a prblem for a few days. Hotel is popular and consequently quite busy. Staff handle this very well and were always very pleasant. "Rooms were nice and were clean. Only negatives were 1) there's not really a desk in the room . Only a round stool with no back on it so difficult if you're using the hotel for business. 2) There were no vegan main meals on the menu which is disappointing."
