Getting Around:

A car is required. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so downtown, Ski Cooper, trailheads, and grocery all require driving.



From Denver International (DEN): ~2hr drive via Hwy 285 S or I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. AWD or snow tires recommended Nov-Apr.



From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive via I-70 and Hwy 24 S.



Parking: attached 2-car garage plus off-street spots. Groups of 8 with 2-3 cars fit easily.

Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 ft. Drink extra water, take your first day easy, and consider travel insurance. We're unable to offer refunds for altitude-related issues.

Deck is not fenced. The yard is open to the forest behind the property.

We respond within an hour through the platform and the digital guidebook. Check-in details, WiFi password, garage code, and local recommendations are all in the guidebook, sent a day before arrival. The level of interaction is up to you — available if you want us, invisible if you don't.
