This place was perfect for our group of 20! We were impressed with how the kitchen had so many utencils, appliances and dishes for our big group. It's decorated beautifully and would for sure stay again.

Such a Beautiful place to stay, so many cozy details that makes it feel like home away from home. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding and the decor was impressive! The kitchen area is a bit tight for too many cooks but supplies were ample to cook for a group of 20. We enjoyed having the extra garage space for recreation time also! Highly recommend this VRBO location!

Check-in was easy. The kitchen, although a bit tight, was ample to cook for 17 people. No issues with the wi-fi. The hot tub was great. The teenagers had their own section of the house and walked to the swimming pool at the club house.

Property was beautiful and very spacious for the number of guests that stayed. Very clean and comfortable. I do feel that it needs to be more clearly communicated that pool and shuffle board tables are at the clubhouse and not on site as pictures and description are misleading. Texted property manager regarding televisions not working and never got a response back.

Nice Rental

We had part of our group stay here. It was perfect for the 4 couples that stayed here. Wasn't as clean as expected but not a big deal. Otherwise we loved the house and location. Had a few issues that were quickly taken care of by the property manager. Would definitely recommend booking with them!!

Hidden Gem House

This house is located in the Powder Pass Community where there is a community of rentals with a community center that has 2 pools and a building with a pool table and shuffle board. It was about a mile away. The house fit 13 people perfectly with all the children getting their own beds. Each family was able to have their own bathroom. The kitchen area with the dining table is a little snug and can get tricky with a lot of people in there but overall it worked out great! Communication with thr manager was seamless and he replied quickly every time. If you plan on grilling, bring your own utensils. My family enjoyed it and we can't wait to come back!

Could have been a five star

The house is nice. It appears to be unfinished somewhat, dry wall repair not painted and crown molding on kitchen cabinets not completed. Beds are comfortable. The natural gas BBQ and propane table we’re very nice to have, could use some BBQ utensils. Bring extra paper products like toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. The location was good for our family. We enjoyed a day at the club house pool.

Great place to stay!

This house and neighborhood were beautiful! It’s perfect for multiple families to stay and there is plenty of room for trailer parking! The house is set back in an excluded area where smaller kids are able to run around and play with no worries about traffic! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious! There were no dressers (just nightstands) in the bedrooms but tons of closet space, so if you didn’t want to hang up your clothes, you just lived out of your suitcase. There were master baths for almost every room so that is nice and more private per family. The only complaint we had is the water pressure was not great. Thankfully, we had a plumber staying with us that unscrewed all shower heads and discovered A LOT of sediment which he removed. After that, the water pressure in the showers was more ideal. We did not feel the need to bother Budi with this issue since it was late at night when discovered and temporarily fixed. Budi had great communication for our other questions and/or concerns that arose during our stay. Overall, we would stay here again if we return to the area!

awesome time

We had so much fun staying at this rental the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, there was lots to do, the kids had a blast swimming in the pool with 2 ft of snow outside .and we had a lot of fun playing cornhole in the garage.The only thing i would suggest is to better equip the kitchen ,we did a lot of cooking but brought most of the pans , roaster, griddle with us. I would also suggest getting a blackstone griddle instead of a grill, we have never rented a place yet that had a clean grill and this one was no exception.

Perfect for a large group

We had a large group of adults and teens here for a long weekend snowmobiling. House was perfect, had everything you needed. Easy to hop on trail 5 right from the house too. We also enjoyed stopping at Recreational Springs just down the road for lunch and a drink. Great spot for a group.

Super nice!

This house was perfect for our extended family get-a-way. 14 adults (4 couples). Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms/baths provided enough space and privacy for all of us. Short drive to Deadwood. Would definitely choose this one again!

Great house and location

We were a group of twelve with four vehicles, two of which had trailers one of them being fifty three foot long. The front parking area was very large and easy for us to get into and maneuver around. The rooms where all perfect size for a couple and their luggage. Kitchen was a great size for us to make our snacks and meals for the day, and to hang out in after a day of riding the trails. The location was great for either running into town or jumping on a trail.

Family vacation

We were out celebrating our Grandma's 75th birthday, and this was a perfect place to stay to accommodate us all. Short little taxi ride to deadwood, plenty of bed and bath rooms for personal space, multiple hangout areas to chat or play games, and a hot tub with a view! We do have a lot of cooks in the family, so the kitchen was a little small, but it was manageable! Over all very nice place to stay 10/10 recommend!
