On the first floor, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dining area. Living area with a large-screen OLED TV (soundbar). 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A second bedroom with a 160x200 bed on a mezzanine (1.40m high). Terrace with outdoor furniture, a pond/lagoon located right next to the terrace (no safety system), and a spa.
