"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

The owner is a professional tourist guide and gave us many perfect recommendations. The dogs live in a large kennel behind the house. It is a little smelly if you forget to close the window. Lots of windows and the large decking area make the most of the beautiful view but a lack of curtains or blinds make it hard to keep cool when the temperatures are high as they were during our stay. "The house was as expected; classic Provence style in a very beautiful setting. Unfortunately affected by a lot of traffic noise. Aircon only in living room not in sleeping areas. The house fits 6 persons perfectly. The outside areas worked perfectly and also the pool. The interior of the house seemed a bit worn. Overall a nice and charming house."

"Warning at the end! This was a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The front desk person was an angel and the manager was great. Our room was spacious, compared to others we stayed in during this trip. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Very nice breakfast. The hotel only had 10 parking spaces and they were all occupied. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."
