「Disastrous conditions. I don't even know where to start. Everything in the apartment was dirty, from the bedding to the toilet. The toilet was so dirty that the entire toilet bowl needs to be replaced because it can no longer be cleaned. The furniture was very old and partly broken; one sofa couldn't be pulled out properly.
