The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff was not very friendly, they acted inconvenienced when I asked a question. I can understand that in other places, but this is a hotel.. supposed to be for tourists.. so I just wished they were nicer to me.

Fantastic, modern and cool hotel! Wonderful service in the hotel and bar and great location. Will definitely stay here again! Really loved Emily in the bar - incredibly helpful suggesting places to go. Super experience.

Really friendly staff, good location however outdated facilities such as aircon not working properly. The staff did their best to try solve it, probably time for a new one!
