「check in good person helpful key card didnt work when arrived at room further faffing to get it sorted another room allocated that key card not 100% either it was flashing orange and didnt alliw reaccess so had to b opened from inside everytime 🙄☹️」

「The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

「Parking was easy. The hotel is old and not well maintained. Staff was very nice and personable. The room prices are very low. So if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep it is very good, There are several reasonable restaurants very nearby. They do have a “buffet” breakfast. But it was just baguettes, croissants, bread for toasting. Yogurt and cornflakes with milk. But at least there were fresh. 」

「Diabolical!! Expedia take this hotel off your list! Looked abandoned it was so unkempt. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Reception should have been open 1700 to 2300H. He arrived 1730H the first night and 1745H the second. Our code for the front door did not work so we could not access our room. When he arrived eventually he called us liars!!! We put our number in and proved to him it did not work. He then slammed the door shut causing small parts of the ceiling to fall on my wife cutting...

「シャルルドゴール空港からレンタカーでルーアンに向かう途中に宿泊しました。ホテルがランドアバウトのすぐ隣にあったため、長距離フライトで到着した日の宿泊場所としては分かりやすくておすすめです。ルーアンの街は大きかったので、ホテルを探しながらの慣れない左ハンドル運転をしなくて済んでよかったと思います。ちなみにフロントは普通に英語が通じました。ホテルに電気ポットもありました。」

「Accueil mal aimable. Cambre "frigorifique", en mettant le radiateur à 28°, 2 jours n'ont pas suffit pour avoir un semblant de confort. Ménage fait après la première nuit, sauf le lit. Facture donnée seulement en fin de 2ème journée. Point positif : il y a une marge de progression confortable 」
