Il n’a jamais été répondu à nos messages via la plateforme et nous avons dû passer par Abritel pour obtenir les informations d’accueil qui se sont avérées erronées (code d’accès à l’immeuble et boite à clés). A notre arrivée, l’hébergement était occupé et nous n’avons donc pas pu en prendre possession (visiblement erreur de planning). Je tiens toutefois à préciser que l’hôte a été collaboratif. Il était lui même très déçu des défaillances de ses équipes. Il n’a pas nié la situation et a cherché à trouver une solution, mais sans succès. (N’étant pas entré dans le logement, merci de ne pas tenir compte des notes propreté etc. Il n’y a pas de possibilité de mettre n/a).
