The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. The second bedroom offers a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a hand-basin, and provides its own direct exit to the terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC. A small kitchen completes the layout, equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, though the maximum capacity of 5 must never be exceeded.
