-Welcome pack to get your stay off to a good start : a welcome pack is provided for your first day: toilet paper, instant coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, a sponge, soap, bin bags, Vanity Fair magazine… Everything you need to settle in with peace of mind! Please note: consumables such as oil, salt and pepper are not always provided. This depends on the generosity of previous guests, who may or may not have left some behind.
-Bed linen and towels: 1 large towel per adult/child provided, regardless of the length of stay. Please note, baby towels and beach towels are not provided.
-End-of-stay cleaning is also included.
-Key box system on site for a self-service arrival.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
-Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: The property is wheelchair-accessible via the lift (button R, on the left as you exit). Important: In the event of a lift breakdown, there are a few steps to climb. The shower cubicle is enclosed and some areas are somewhat confined due to the furniture ([hidden] the toilet). The new-build residence (2022) complies with the latest accessibility standards, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility. Door widths:
Entrance, hall: 90 cm
Bedroom, toilet, bathroom: 80 cm

-Accommodation rated 3 stars by Le Lavandou Tourist Office: a guarantee of quality and proof that essential facilities are available for your stay. This certification also entitles you to a reduced tourist tax.

-North/north-east facing, with air conditioning + 1 fan (new - 2024) to keep the property cool during the season and avoid opening the windows, which let in heat, mosquitoes or surrounding noise (road nearby).

-Option to eat outside on the balcony. Please note: the property is located near the town centre and a busy road. Noise may be audible from outside or when the windows/patio doors are open, which may bother those sensitive to noise.

-Everything is within a 5-minute walk: the beach, shops, supermarkets, greengrocers and the local market square (Thursday mornings)
