Sea View Studio – Rive Droite, Grau-du-Roi

This fully equipped studio is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a modern seafront residence – Château Leenhardt – offering direct access to the beach through the garden. Ideally situated in the heart of the village, in a quiet and highly sought-after neighborhood, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets (town center and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, cinema…

Enjoy a wide-open view of the sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, and La Grande-Motte from the northwest-facing terrace – perfect for admiring spectacular sunsets.

One separate bedroom with a double bed (no fold-out sofa bed)

One cabin room with bunk beds

Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, etc.

1 set of bed linen for the double bed

Château Leenhardt Residence:

Two L-shaped buildings (A and B), each with an elevator (Ground floor + 4 floors)

Building A: located on the edge of the property, with open sea views toward La Grande-Motte, northwest-facing

Building B: set further back, with partial sea views between the buildings, southwest-facing

Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PRM)

Paid public parking nearby (March to November), with no impact on the view

Communal areas managed by a separate property manager (contact details available upon request)

Private beach access through a gate at the back of the garden

Logt très bien situé, pièce à vivre un peu petite, surtout par mauvais temps comme ns avons eu. Terrasse géniale mais pas la chance d'en profiter. Gros bémol pour les lits superposés, il faut savoir y monter, échelle beaucoup trop raide, et il ne faut pas avoir besoin de se lever la nuit. Logement plus pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant
