The hotel provided everything that we needed for our short skiing trip - free on-site parking, a ski room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast. All this just a short walk from the gondola station."

The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. "We have walked past this hotel many times over the years and were looking forward to staying. Unfortunately the experience did not match the expectation. The lady manager was not helpful, she did not offer any help with the luggage( we had three big bags - skiing stuff is bulky!). As she sped away up stairs and round corridors, she did not look back or hold any of the doors open. When I finally caught up with her she looked annoyed that I had made her wait.
