Nous avions une chambre 609 qui était située juste en face d’une énorme soufflerie nous avons demandé à changer et nous avons pu le faire. La nouvelle chambre 346 était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct mais le gros plus est la vue sur la me, les saintes et la Dominique et la piscine.

Lieu magnifique mais hôtel vieillissant

Hôtel un peu vieillissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais n’offrent aucun élément pouvant justifier un prix aussi élevé. Quant au petit déjeuner, 29€ par personne pour un buffet, c’est également excessif.

On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time.

Gebucht hatten wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer mit king-size-Bett, erhalten haben wir in der "hintersten Ecke" ein grauenhaft mit Zigarettenrauch imprägniertes Zimmer und Doppelbett. Die entsprechende Beschwerde wurde anfangs mit der Bemerkung "Es gibt bei uns keine Nichtraucherzimmer ..." abgetan. Lediglich das nicht vorhandene king-size-Bett schien Anlass zu sein, uns ein anderes Zimmer (mit kostenlosem upgrade in eine höhere Kategorie) anzubieten, welches als angenehmer Nebeneffekt auch noch eine vernünftige Aussicht hatte. Unverständlich, dass ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse keine Nichtraucherzimmer hat. Hotelpersonal war insgesamt sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und die kleine Küche mit allem Notwendigen versehen.

Pas à la hauteur du quatre étoiles

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est convenable. Mais pour un quatre étoiles, certaines choses laissent à désirer: un matelas creusé de chaque côté (à changer), la lampe de lit, est maintenu en place avec un morceau de carton, des carreaux dans la piscine qui ne sont plus là, le deck près de la piscine qui se lève (toutes les personnes qui passent trébuchent et les enfants tombent carrément). Et surtout, un accueil du personnel en fonction de la personne en face. Déplorable. Un grand "bravo" à l'équipe du club TI MOUN. Je n'ai pas d'enfants, mais j'ai pu les voir s'occuper des enfants des autres: excellent! Ils sont agréables, souriants et je crois bien qu'ils s'amusent autant que les enfants. Autre inconvénient: le parking. Il est toujours plein. Rentrer à 21 heures et trouver une place libre est du domaine de la chance.

Une salle d eau sans paroi de douche sans rideau et l eau qui eclabousse partout. Un mobilier vieillissant et une vue sur un batiment vieillissant... un hotel qui demande à être renové contrairement aux photos du sites qui ne sont pas contre actuelles...

Un rajeunissement attendu

Cela fait plusieurs années que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est vieillissant et aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune… De plus, les prix sont en augmentation continu et ne sont plus en adéquation avec les services proposés.

we loved the kitchen on the balcony, however missing a few key items like: a sponge, towel and dishwashing liq. a knife that wasn't dull, 2 reg size coffee cups. Our room has two bed moved together as one, Sad as the room is listed as a king which was what was expected.

vacances de noel à Gosier Guadeloupe

Hotel appartenant au Creole beach (mahogany = terrasse avec cuisine) Chambre assez basique, mais nous avons pris le supplement vue mer et avons beneficié d une tres belle vue depuis la terrasse.Il manque des rangements dans la chambre (porte manteaux) et aussi dans la salle de bain. Plage magnifique avec du sable blanc ultra fin et piscine sublime. repas tres bons avec du choix//buffet

Le rapport qualité/prix vaut le coup

Un séjour très agréable, il s'agit d'un des plus beaux hôtels des environs et les services de l'hôtel sont appréciables : restaurant, bar, spa, salle de sport, plage privée, piscine, apéritif de bienvenue. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Unfortunately we had to wait until 6:32pm to get our room, which was on the 3rd floor of the last building; we were tired, it was humid, the AC didn't work properly, the fridge did not cool, and all the channels were in French. None of the staff knew enough English to be of assistance; they did their best, but that was just not enough. I am guessing that they cater to Europeans and not to English speaking people. Breakfast was 27 Euros per person, that was excessive. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

i Liked this hotel, the room, the amenities, the piano bar with a good music, the nice a la crate restaurant, and all you can eat restaurant too. I found good coffe and good wine. It’s a very good area close the city too.

Hôtel propre et moderne. Chambre spacieuse. Plage adaptée aux familles et bien protégée (nous avons un enfant de 16 mois), la piscine l’est un peu moins Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Personnel bienveillant et souriant. 2 bémols : l’ascenseur souvent HS et les chambres clairement trop bruyantes si vous tombez sur des gens peu précautionneux sur votre tête....
