「We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. 」

「We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! 「Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower.」

(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini.
