The reception closed at 7pm and we were delayed on the way, so we called. We don't speak French and reception didn't speak English, but somehow we managed to get that we were arriving at 8pm. "I was house-hunting in France for a few days. The caravan was a perfect base for me. Had everything I needed and is in a lovely location. Pascal and his wife were really nice. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my short stay here !"

"We all had a lovely holiday, staying at this beautiful, spacious property. The pool is fantastic and we hardly felt the need to leave the property as the children entertained themselves and it is perfect for relaxing, being so tranquil. The nearby river beach was fun too. The owner was very attentive when needed and provided helpful tips about the area. We’d love to come back!"

"Onze week in deze woning : de ontvangst was prettig. Na aankomst bleek dat de wasmachine nier werkte. Dit bleek bij de eigenaar bekend. Een oplossing bleek er niet te zijn. Jammer. Verder waren veel lampen stuk.niet zo gezellig . Wat wij misten was de “finishing touch “ bij alles. Midden in de week zat er een gat in de muur naar de keuken waar we nog net een muis konden waar nemen. Op zich een mooi verblijf, maar het had met een beetje moeite wat gezelliger kunnen zijn."

Il faut accéder à l'une des deux chambres aux étages. Nous avons eu un souci avec la boîte à clés,car la clé est trop grande et a bloqué la boîte. Difficile de communiquer avec l'hôte car décalage avec son lieu d'habitation. Le reste est bien.En partant j'ai laissé un message à la personne qui s'occupe du gîte,mais n'est pas eu...

"Dear gods! I thought I'd have a tiny, but cute room. Place was bigger than my house! Full kitchen. Raindrop shower. And the ceilings...just exposed beams and gorgeous. Proper ceiling fan, not an occilator on a table (which works fine, but still). It was a very short walk from the Aubusson station and the tapestry museum. Oh, and the brunch they now offer (i was informed that it is new), they have everything from quiche to breads, croissants, coddled eggs, tarts that are out of this world. Also, we got a bit of a show. They bring in goats to manicure the lawns, such as they are. The goats paraded by our table and were adorable. I mean, i know goats csn get unrully, but these little suckers were focused on getting to their meal. I love them! Basically, just stay here."

A fab holiday

"We stayed as a group of 16 and had a fabulous week at La Grange. The kids loved the pool, the woods, the cinema room when it was cloudy, and the swing was a big hit. The adults loved the bbq and outdoor seating for dinner and sundowners. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was so much space and the play room / games room had toys and games for all ages. Communication was fab and they helped us with some recommendations of places to go as well. A fab week. "
