INSIDE
In the farmhouse, the entrance hall leads to the first floor, the kitchen and the lounge/dining room. From this large living area, there is access to the terrace, which looks out onto the garden by the swimming pool. The ground floor also has a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One bedroom, with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC, contains a mezzanine with an additional 110 cm single bed. The second bedroom has a large double bed, the third has three single beds, and the fourth has a large double bed. These three bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The former dovecote is a bedroom with a double bed proposing the shower room with WC of the pool house which is set underneath passing through the outside.
OUTSIDE
The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote.
